Symphony Environmental Technologies Plc ("Symphony" or "Company") announces that it received a notification from Michael Stephen that he has acquired 100,000 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Company. The price paid for the shares was 10.625 pence per share, in aggregate £10,625.
Following the share purchase, the number of ordinary shares in the Company beneficially held by Michael is 435,998 representing approximately 0.37 per cent. of the total issued share capital of the Company.
