Directors' Non-Beneficial Shareholdings
On 30 September 2020, the Estate of A W Pidgley, of which R C Perrins is a co-executor and thereby acquires a non-beneficial interest, exercised the option to acquire shares granted under the 2011 LTIP at an Option price of £5.39 per share. Following the exercise, the EBT transferred 188,456 shares to the Estate of Mr A W Pidgley net of the option exercise price (representing 0.15% of the Company's Share Capital). The non-beneficial holding of R C Perrins through interest in the shares held by the Estate of A W Pidgley is as follows:

The Company was also notified on 30 September 2020 that, the Estate of A W Pidgley, of which R C Perrins is a co-executor and thereby holds a non-beneficial interest, had sold 188,456 shares following the exercise of the option as specified in the table below. The shares were sold on 30 September 2020 at a price of £42.392832 per share.
