Directors' Shareholdings and PDMR notification
The Company has been notified on 3 November 2016, that Katherine Innes Ker, Chairman, today sold 4,510 Ordinary Shares of 0.1p each in the Company ("Shares") from her trading account at a price of 332.0 pence per share to a personal ISA in the same name, which purchased the Shares at a price of 332.7 pence per share. Katherine Innes Ker's beneficial interest in the Company therefore remains unchanged at 12,382 Shares, representing 0.02% of the Company's issued share capital.
