National Express Group PLC27 June 2006 The Company was notified on 26 June 2006 by the trustee of the National ExpressEmployee Benefit Trust that it had transferred 1,540 ordinary 5 pence shares outof trust in respect of an exercise by a participant in the Deferred Annual ShareBonus Plan and the Share Matching Plan. Following this transaction, the trust holds 327,538 shares in the Company inwhich the executive directors, Phil White, Ray O'Toole and Adam Walker aredeemed to be technically interested in, under the Companies Act.
