National Express Group PLC10 April 2006 National Express Group PLC (the 'Company') announces that the following awardsof the Company's ordinary 5 pence shares were made to the three ExecutiveDirectors of the Company on 6 April 2006 (the 'Awards'). The Awards have beenmade in accordance with the rules of the Company's Long Term Incentive Planapproved at the 2005 AGM. The Awards are granted as nil cost options; thecalculations of the number of shares awarded being based on the middle marketprice on 5 April 2006 of £9.275 per share.
