The following amendment has been made to the Director/PDMR Shareholding announcement released on 29 October at 10.57 under RNS No 7409Q:
The nature of transaction has been amended from 'Purchase of ordinary shares by way of Dividend Reinvestment ('DRIP') within vested share trust account' to 'Acquisition of shares under the CMC Markets Share Incentive Plan in respect of a purchase of Dividend Shares'.
