Pittards plc ("Pittards" or "the Company"), the specialist producer of technically advanced leather and luxury leather goods for sale to retailers, manufacturers and distributors, has today been informed that on 2 December 2014 Jan Holmstrom, non-executive director, purchased 4,000 shares in the Company at a price of 125p per share following which Mr Holmstrom's aggregate holding of shares in the Company is 24,000 shares.
