The Company received notification on the 14th June 2006 of the following changesto attributable interests in the ordinary shares of Investec Limited andInvestec plc as well as to changes in the holdings in the Company: 1. TRANSACTIONS IN INVESTEC PLC ORDINARY SHARES OF £0.001 EACH. (a) Transactions by Directors of Investec plc and Investec Limited The Company received notification on the 14th June 2006 that call options inrespect of 793,898 Investec plc ordinary shares and 455,914 Investec plcordinary shares of GBP0.001 each, written by Spurwing - P Investments Limited("Spurwing") were exercised on the 12th June 2006 at a strike price of GBP7.93and GBP10.52 per ordinary share respectively (the "Transaction").
