PDMR Transactions - Notification
Ultra Electronics Holdings plc (the "Company") announces that on 25 April 2022, Simon Pryce, Chief Executive Officer, exercised nil-cost options over 63,601 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") that vested on 19 April 2022 under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan 2017. Dividend Equivalent awards over 3,851 Ordinary Shares were applied to the vesting, which were also exercised. 32,616 shares were sold to cover taxes and fees as set out below:
