The Company has been informed that John Gunn, Chairman, on 3 May 2019 purchased 1,700,000 Ordinary Shares of 0.05p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 1.4788 pence per Ordinary Share. Mr Gunn's total shareholding in the Company is now 300,744,931 Ordinary Shares representing 52.89 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
