On 17 June 2008, Sue Swenson, President and CEO, Sage North America, was granted options over 173,876 ordinary shares of the Company with an exercise price of 219.25 pence per share under The Sage Group 1999 Executive Share Option Scheme.
The option will be exercisable, subject to the satisfaction of performance conditions and continued employment, from 17 June 2011 to 17 June 2018.
On the same date, Sue Swenson was also granted an award over 260,815 ordinary shares in The Sage Group plc under the Sage Group Performance Share Plan.
No price is payable either on the grant or vesting of the award and the award will normally vest, subject to the satisfaction of performance conditions and continued employment, on 17 June 2011.
