OMG plc was informed on 8 December 2011 that on that date Nick Bolton, CEO of the Company, purchased 25,000 ordinary shares of 0.25p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 20.9p per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, Mr Bolton is beneficially interested in 382,142 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.54 per cent. of the Company's current issued share capital.

The Company was also informed on 8 December 2011 that on that date David Deacon, CFO of the Company, purchased 25,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 20.7p per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, Mr Deacon is beneficially interested in 25,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.04 per cent. of the Company's current issued share capital.
