Director/PDMR Shareholding
In accordance with the requirements of D.T.R 3.1.2, Crest Nicholson Holdings plc (the "Company") was notified on 19 April 2016 of the following transaction set out in this announcement by a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") under the Crest Nicholson Holdings plc Long-Term Incentive Plan (the "LTIP")
LTIP Award
Further to the announcement made on 18 March 2016, on 19 April 2016, Chris Tinker, a PDMR of the Company, exercised the balance of the option granted to him on 8 March 2013 under the LTIP over Ordinary Shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Shares"). Chris Tinker retained the Shares in full, meeting all statutory deductions from his own funds. The Company allotted Shares from the Company's block listing facility to satisfy the exercise of the Options. Details of the exercise are set out below:
