Mattioli Woods plc (AIM: MTW.L), the specialist wealth management and employee benefits business, announces that on 20 November 2015, Carol Duncumb, Non-Executive Director of the Company, bought 2,180 Ordinary Shares of 1 penny each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of 639 pence per share.
Following the sale, Carol Duncumb now holds a beneficial interest in 6,280 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.025% of the Company's issued share capital.
