Notification of Transactions of Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility (PDMR)
Awards Vesting under the Deferred Bonus Plan
The information contained in this notification is disclosed in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
GoCo Group plc (the "Company") announces that on 14 May 2020 the following transactions were undertaken by the Directors over the number of ordinary shares in the Company, as a result of awards vesting under the Deferred Bonus Plan ("DBP"). Awards granted under the DBP vest in three tranches on the anniversary of the award over three consecutive years. The shares vesting relate to the second tranche of the award granted on 11 April 2018 and the first tranche of the award granted on 3 April 2019.
In accordance with the rules of the 2016 Deferred Bonus Plan, as part of the vesting additional shares have been added to each award, equivalent to the dividends payable during the vesting period. Shares were sold at an overall price of £0.797318 each to cover tax and NI liabilities and the remainder of shares retained.
