Carclo plc announces that Mr Michael Derbyshire, non executive director of the Company, has today purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 436 pence per share.

Following this transaction, Mr Derbyshire's interest in the Company is 50,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.077% of the issued share capital of the Company.
