Notification of Transactions of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMRs") or Connected Persons

The Company announces that Paul Neep, a Non-Executive Director and a PDMR of the Company, has purchased 3,200 ordinary shares of 10p each in the capital of Devro ("Shares"), at a price of 320 pence per Share on 23 October 2012.

Following the purchase, Paul Neep now holds 220,893 Shares representing 0.13% of the issued share capital of the Company.
