Director's Shareholding
Helios, the only publicly traded company offering instant access to a diverse portfolio of syndicates at Lloyd's of London, was informed on 8 April 2025 that Mr Nigel Hanbury, Non-Executive Deputy Chairman and Director of the Company and persons closely associated with Mr Hanbury, on the same day, sold 41,400 ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 193 pence per share and subsequently purchased 41,400 Ordinary Shares at a price of 193.07 pence per share. Mr Hanbury's total interest remains unchanged at 9,494,725 Ordinary Shares, representing 13.11% of the issued share capital of the Company.
