CORSIE GROUP PLC DIRECTOR DEALINGS
The board of Corsie Group plc (the "Company") was informed on 1 June that Graham Robertson, a director of the Company, bought a total of 500,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 1 June, being 100,000 at a price of 1.75p and 400,000 at a price of 2p. As a result, Mr Robertson holds 2,942,061 ordinary shares in the Company representing 1.53 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
