Serco Group plc (the "Company") was notified on 25 November 2011 that, on 24 November 2011, Mr Ed Casey, a person discharging managerial responsibility, sold 15,695 of the Company's ordinary shares in the London market at 467.5117 pence per share.
This notice is given in fulfilment of obligations under DTR3.1.2R and DTR3.1.4R (1)(a).
