Hargreaves Lansdown plc (the "Company") has received notification today from Ian Hunter, a PDMR, that on 4th April 2011, he sold a total of 1,700 ordinary shares of 0.4 pence in the Company ("ordinary shares") at a price of 607p per share. The number of ordinary shares sold represented 0.0004% of the ordinary shares in issue.
Following this transaction, the beneficial shareholding of Ian Hunter is 723,876 ordinary shares representing 0.15% of the ordinary shares in issue.
