Greene King PLC10 December 2007 Greene King plc directors' dealing Greene King plc announces that, on 10 December 2007, awards granted in December2004 under the Greene King Long Term Incentive Plan to Tim Bridge, Rooney Anandand David Elliott, directors of the company vested in those directors. Tim Bridge had 66,000 shares vested, Rooney Anand had 34,000 and David Elliott34,000. Tim Bridge retained 38,817 shares, selling 27,183 shares in the marketat 798p to cover his tax liability, Rooney Anand retained 19,990 shares, selling14,010 in the market at 798p to cover his tax liability, and David Elliottretained 19,990 shares, selling 14,010 in the market at 798p to cover his taxliability.
