DIRECTOR'S SHAREHOLDING
The Company has received notification that on 16 September 2008 Mr David Loftus, Finance Director, transferred 54,054 ordinary shares of 12.5p each in the Company ("Shares") to his wife, Mrs D. Loftus, for nil consideration. Following this transfer, Mr Loftus' unchanged interest in the Company comprises 54,054 Shares, representing approximately 0.13% of the Company's issued Shares.
