Nature Group, (AIM:NGR), the provider of port reception facilities and waste treatment solutions for the oil, marine and process industries, announces that it has been informed today that on 5 July 2012 Kieron Becerra, a director of the Company, acquired 50,000 ordinary shares of 0.2 pence each ("Shares") at a price of 26.25 pence per Share. Following the acquisition, Mr. Becerra holds 50,000 Shares representing 0.06% of the Company's total voting rights.
