Directors' and PDMRs shareholding - Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP")
The Company has been notified by the independent trustee of the Rathbone Brothers Plc Long Term Incentive Plan, Investec Trust (Jersey) Limited, that it has approved awards to participants in the 2008-10 LTIP.
As part of their awards, the directors listed below have been awarded Rathbone Brothers Plc ordinary shares of 5p shares at £11.70 (the closing mid-market price on 4 March 2011). These shares were transferred to their beneficial ownership on 25 March 2011 with the shares registered in the name of Rathbone Nominees Limited.
