Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company announces that Victoria Lowrie, spouse of Alex Lowrie, a Non-executive Director of the Company, has on 31 January 2019 effected a share transaction, the purpose of which was to transfer shares previously held in a general share account into her share ISA.
The net effect of this transaction leaves her overall shareholding unchanged.
