Notification of Transaction of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility or Connected Persons

This notification relates to a transaction notified in accordance with Disclosure Rules 3.1.4R(1)(a).

On 18 December 2013, Brewin Dolphin Holdings PLC (LSE:BRW) received notification that Linda Cartwright, a PDMR, has today exercised share options totalling 4,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"), at a price of 168p each pursuant to the Company's Approved Share Option Scheme 2007 award.

Her resultant holding in Ordinary Shares in the Company is 62,078 ordinary shares representing approximately 0.0227% of the total issued share capital of the Company (of which 24,038 are nil paid ordinary shares) and the total number of shares over which options are held by her is 59,754.
