The Company has been notified that on 24 August 2016, Peter Cakebread, Managing Director of Marshall Leasing, transferred 50,000 ordinary shares of 64p each in the Company to his wife for nil consideration. Following the transfer, Peter Cakebread's beneficial interest in the Company's shares remains unchanged at 128,404 shares representing approximately 0.17 percent of the Company's issued share capital.

The Group's principal activities are the sale and repair of new and used vehicles through Marshall Motor Group and the leasing of vehicles through Marshall Leasing.
