DEALING BY DIRECTOR
SDI, the AIM quoted group focused on the application of digital imaging technology to the needs of the scientific community, was notified today that Eric Kenelm Ford (Ken Ford), a non-executive director of the Company, purchased 75,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company on 19 July 2010 for his Self-Invested Pension Plan held by Suffolk Life. Ken Ford acquired the shares at 27 pence per share and following this transaction holds a total of 75,000 shares which represents 0.42% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
