Praetorian Resources (AIM: PRAE; PRSS) announces that it has been informed that Malcolm Burne, a director of the Company, has today sold 944,728 ordinary shares in the Company ("Share(s)") at a price of 30 pence per Share. The Company has also been informed that White Knight Investments Limited, a company wholly owned by Mr Burne has today purchased 944,728 Shares at a price of 30.015 pence per Share. The Company has been informed that these transactions have resulted in no change to Mr Burne's beneficial holding in the Company of 1,395,228 Shares representing 2.79 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
