DIRECTORS/ PDMR SHARE INTERESTS
Following notifications made in accordance with DR 3.1.4(R)(1)(a), 888 Holdings plc (the "Company") wishes to notify the following changes in the interests of persons discharging managerial responsibility ("PDMRs") in ordinary shares £0.005 each in the capital of the Company ("Shares") arising out of the operation of its 888 All-Employee Share Plan.
The following PDMR was granted share awards in the form of a contingent right to receive shares under the 888 All-Employee Plan on 14 September 2006. Following the satisfaction of the vesting conditions to which those share awards were subject, the share awards in the form of a contingent right to receive shares vested on June 17th 2008 and June 18th 2008 are as follows:
