AVEVA Group plc (the "Company") announces that on Thursday, 22 September 2016 Mr Derek Middlemas, PDMR of the Company, sold 13,133 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 3.5/9 pence per share at a price of £19.98 per share.

Following this, Mr Middlemas beneficially owns 23,613 ordinary shares representing 0.04% of the issued share capital and holds options over 30,697 shares.
