Lookers announces that in accordance with 3.1.2 of the Disclosure Rules the following awards were made to Directors on Monday 23 June 2008.
The Awards have been made under the Performance of Share Plan and are contingent on the attainment of performance criteria over a three year period of the increase in the earnings per share plus inflation on 31 December 2007.
