On 1 November 2017, the following option over shares which had been granted to Mr Young on the date indicated below under the Meggitt 2008 Sharesave Scheme reached maturity and the resulting shares were transferred to Mrs Cheryl Young:

On 1 November 2017, the following option over shares which had been granted to Mr Allen on the date indicated below under the Meggitt 2008 Sharesave Scheme reached maturity and the resulting shares were transferred to Mrs Julia Allen:
