On 22 April 2015, Ingrid Johnson, Group Finance Director of Old Mutual plc, sold 20,954 shares in Nedbank Group Limited, the Company's separately-listed bank subsidiary, at a price of R253.8294 per share. These shares arose from the vesting of an award under the terms of the Nedbank Group (2005) Share Option, Matched Share and Restricted Share Scheme, as disclosed on 10 April 2015.
