Director/PDMR Shareholding
Pursuant to Disclosure Rule 3.1.2 Michael J Pitts , a person discharging managerial responsibility within Charles Stanley Group Plc, has today notified the Company that he has sold 9245 ordinary shares in the Company at 214p beneficially owned by him.
His total shareholding is now 1730 ordinary shares made up entirely of his Company SIP. This represents 0.004% of the current issued share capital of the Company.
Further Christina Pitts, a connected person, has notified the Company that she has sold 3,255 ordinary shares at 214p. She has no shares remaining in Charles Stanley Group Plc.
