NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS
The Company was informed on 8 January 2008 that, on 7 and 8 January 2008, Peter Harkness, Chairman of the Company, purchased a total of 60,000 ordinary shares (30,000 on each day) at a price of 42.5 pence per share. Following the purchase Peter Harkness now holds 120,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.22% of the issued share capital of the Company.
