Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company was notified that Brian Brick, Chief Executive of the Company, yesterday transferred a total of 80,000 Ordinary Shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Shares"), into the personal ISAs of himself and his connected persons.

The 80,000 Shares were initially sold and subsequently 20,000 Shares were bought back by Brian Brick's personal ISA, and 20,000 Shares were bought back by his wife Simone Brick, a connected person, via an ISA in her name. In addition 20,000 Shares were bought back by Brian's daughter Gabriella Brick, a connected person via an ISA in her name, and 20,000 Shares were bought back by Brian's son James Brick, a connected person via an ISA in his name. All of the transactions took place at 55 pence.

As a result of these transfers, the total beneficial holding of Brian Brick and his connected persons in the Company has not changed, maintaining an interest of 2,219,153 Shares which represents 2.2% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
