The Company was notified on 15 April 2014 that, on 14 April 2014, Mr James Keyes, non-executive director of the Company, sold 206,504 Ordinary shares of $0.001 in the Company (representing 0.07% of the Company's ordinary issued share capital) at a price of $1.03 per share. Following this transaction, Mr Keyes holds no interest in the ordinary issued share capital of the Company.
