Further to the announcement made on 12 May 2016 regarding acceptance by Stephen Wilson of the recommended cash offer by CSC Computer Sciences International Operations Limited in respect of his shareholdings in Xchanging, please note that Mr Wilson's connected person held 37, 879 shares, not 20,000 as originally announced. Mr Wilson's total holding, including that of his connected person, was correctly stated as 53,214. Following the transaction, Mr Wilson's resulting total holding was nil.
