Notification of Transactions of Directors
The Evolution Group PLC (the "Company") announces that it has received confirmation from Mr Martin Gray the Non executive Chairman of the Company and Chairman of the Nominations Committee that yesterday he purchased 5,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ("ordinary shares") for his own account.
The shares were purchased at average price of GBP1.0995 per share. Following this acquisition Mr Martin Gray holds 23,000 ordinary shares representing 0.010% of the issued share capital of the Company. This notification relates to disclosures made in accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4(R)(1)(a).
