In addition,applications will be made to the Johannesburg, Swiss, Botswana and NamibianStock Exchanges for the Shares to be listed. The Shares will rank pari passuwith the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company. Following the admission of these Shares the Company's issued share capital willbe 1,484,457,451 Shares (excluding those held in treasury).
