Notification of Interests of Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ('PDMRs')
HMV Group plc (the 'Company') was notified on 1 July 2008 by RBC (Trustees) Limited, the trustees of the HMV Group Employee Trust (the 'Trust') that they had released 133,593 Ordinary shares from the Trust to employees of the Company under the terms of the HMV Group Incentive Plan for Senior Executives. In this respect the following Directors* and PDMRs notified the Company on 1 July 2008 of the following transactions:-
