IG Design Group plc was today notified that Stewart Gilliland, Non Executive Chairman of the Company, today purchased 7,500 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 522 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following the transaction Mr Gilliland holds 7,500 Ordinary Shares in the Company, equating to a beneficial shareholding of 0.01%.
