Avon Rubber PLC04 April 2006 AVON RUBBER p.l.c. On 28 March 2006, 663 ordinary shares of £1 each in the Company weretransferred by Avon Rubber Quest Limited, as Trustee of the Avon RubberQualifying Employee Share Ownership Trust, to satisfy options exercised by anemployee under the Company's Sharesave Option Scheme 1992. As a result of thetransfer, the Executive Directors listed below, who are beneficiaries of theTrust, technically ceased to have an interest in the 663 ordinary shares of £1each of the Company.
