Immunodiagnostic Systems Holdings plc (IDH.L) ("IDS" or the "Company"), a specialist producer of manual and automated diagnostic testing kits and instrumentation for the clinical and research markets, was advised on 23 March that yesterday Paul Martin, Group Finance Director, acquired 3,000 ordinary shares of 2p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at an average price of £2.77 per Ordinary Share.
Following these purchases, Mr Martin is interested in 13,000 Ordinary Shares, 0.04% of the issued share capital of the Company.
