25 October 2013 Intu Properties plc Director/PDMR Shareholding EXERCISE OF OPTIONS On 23 October 2013, Hugh Ford, General Corporate Counsel, exercised cappedoptions over Intu Properties plc shares consisting of 264,276 options grantedin 2009 at an exercise price of £2.7169 per share and 306,000 options grantedin 2010 at an exercise price of £3.13 per share. All of these options weregranted under the Company's unapproved share option scheme. Mr Ford sold all ofthe shares subject to the options at the capped price of £3.339 per share, andtherefore his total interest in Intu Properties plc shares remains at 15,653(0.0016%) following the exercise.
