On the 18th March 2013 the following executive directors of the Company and other Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility, were granted conditional awards entitling them to acquire ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company under the Ultra Electronics Long Term Incentive Plan 2007 as follows:
