Director/PDMR Shareholding

The company announces that on 3 March 2011 Alan Reade, Executive Chairman of the company, completed the purchase of 13,745 common shares of $0.001 each in the Company ("Common Shares") held in treasury by the Company at a price of 0.3950 pence per Common Share.

As a result of this transaction Alan Reade holds 4,085,553 Common Shares, equal to 7.88% of the issued share capital of the Company.
