Share plc (AIM:SHRE.LN) announces that the following concert party dealing took place on 4 April 2018:
Virginia Oldham (a member of Gavin Oldham's concert party) purchased 80,000 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') into her ISA at a price of 25.04 pence per Ordinary Share. This purchase followed a sale of 80,000 Ordinary Shares by another member of the Gavin Oldham concert party on the same day (but which is not reportable under Article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation).
Following these transactions, the shares held by Virginia Oldham are as follows:
